1. Initial contact 

We determine the size of your school and the MIS software you use, which allows us to provide you with a tailored quote. 

2. Engagement 

If you accept our quote, we then analyse how your school uses its software and provide a questionnaire that will pinpoint any issues you’re experiencing. For example, we’ll find out whether the MIS is meeting your needs and ask if there are new staff joining your school that require training. 

3. Introduction 

We then provide an orientation, which introduces you to our key members of staff, shows you how to contact our service desk, and explains how we will improve your school management system through impartial advice, training and consultancy. At this stage, any immediate requirements and needs will be identified and we will address them as a priority. 

4. Ongoing support 

Now that the contract has commenced, your school can contact our service desk for help whenever your teams require it. We will also support you in all of the statutory returns and work in partnership with your school to build a strong relationship, ensuring that you get the most out of your MIS systems both now and on a long-term basis.
