SIMS Service Review
What is it?
Essentially a service review entails a member of Keystone taking a look at how you currently use SIMS and identifying areas which could be used to improve your day to day use of SIMS. Have you ever wondered if there was a way which SIMS could get you the information you wanted so that you didn’t have to look for it every time?
How much does it cost?
This is all part of what we do, so it is free to Keystone MIS customers. Our core aim has always been to help schools get the most out of SIMS and make life as easy as possible for schools. By doing a SIMS review it allows us to identify areas which schools see as being problematic and help in any way we can to improve on the use of SIMS.
Who is it aimed at?
This is a difficult question to answer because it varies at each school. More often then not the main admin officer is the person who we speak to and advise on changes however we have found that speaking to the SLT or HT along with the senior admin officer is the most effective way of seeing where SIMS could be helpful across the school.
How long does it take?
A Service review can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours, it is up to the school to dictate the direction of the review. Some schools ask us to demonstrate modules such as Dinner money or the SIMS Teacher App (iPad software for SIMS) or talk about their school improvement plan and where SIMS can help.
