    We realise that you need extra support during crucial times of year. This is why during School or Workforce Census, SIMS End of Year, Exam or Keystage returns, or your Ofsted Inspection we will be on hand.

    We provide documentation and additional site visits FREE OF CHARGE for these crucial times and it is all included as part of your service agreement.

    We provide comprehensive CAPITA Standard SIMS Training courses. With TWO FREE training days included in your Service Agreement and online booking available.

    We provide regular SIMS Service Reviews where on a vist to your school we will look at how you are currently using the system, show you any new features and make suggestions.

    We provide a complete upgrade and install service at no extra cost to your service agreement. We will install SIMS onto as many workstations, office or classroom as you want. We provide upgrade notes, and post-upgrade support for any problems.

    We provide complete training, installation and support for SIMS in the Classroom allowing teachers to use SIMS all as part of your service agreement, no extra costs.
